These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the iBangg mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Nature of the App
iBangg is provided for entertainment and fun only. It is not professional advice, not a safety tool, and not a substitute for careful handling of your device or surroundings.
2. Acceptable use and physical device
You are solely responsible for how you hold, move, place, or strike your phone or nearby surfaces while using the App. You agree not to use the App in a way that endangers yourself, others, or property.
We are not responsible for inappropriate or reckless handling of your phone (including drops, impacts, liquid damage, battery stress, or any other physical harm), nor for any injuries or damages that may result from such use, whether or not related to sounds or feedback from the App.
3. No warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers and their affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or inability to use the App, including any damage to devices or other property.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The App offers optional in-app purchases, including a monthly subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase ("iBangg Pro"), which unlock additional sounds and features.
- Billing: All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. By completing a purchase, you agree to Apple's Terms of Sale .
- Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings.
- Refunds: We do not process refunds directly. All refund requests must be submitted to Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
- Lifetime purchase: A one-time payment grants access to Pro features for the lifetime of the App on your account. This does not guarantee the App will remain available indefinitely.
- Restore purchases: If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use the "Restore Purchases" option within the App to recover your entitlements.
6. Privacy
Our approach to data is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: we do not collect personal information for our use and we do not share data with third parties for marketing or analytics as described there.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Check the "Last updated" date above.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may cease offering the App or update it through the App Store according to platform rules.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence or the jurisdiction required by the app marketplace, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
