How we treat information in the app

Last updated: March 28, 2026

Plain summary: We do not collect personal information for our use, and we do not share data with third parties (see sections 1 and 2 below). How you physically handle your phone — and limits on our liability for damage or misuse — are covered in the Terms & Conditions (especially sections 2 and 4 there), not in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy describes how the iBangg mobile application (“the App”) treats information. The App is a casual, entertainment experience and is not intended to collect or monetize your data.

1. Information we do not collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or advertising identifiers through the App for our own use.

The App does not include analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or social logins controlled by us for the purpose of tracking you across apps or websites.

2. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties because we do not collect it for those purposes. We do not use the App to build marketing profiles about you.

3. Local data on your device

Settings you choose in the App (for example, sound preferences) may be stored only on your device using standard on-device storage (such as iOS UserDefaults). That data stays on your phone unless your device backup or operating system copies it as part of your normal device backup—something we do not access or control.

4. Motion and system access

The App may use device motion and other system features (for example, audio playback) to provide its entertainment behavior. Processing needed to run these features happens on your device. We do not receive a copy of that sensor stream on our servers, because we do not operate collection servers for this App in that way.

5. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 in a way that requires parental consent frameworks. Parents and guardians should supervise device use by minors.

6. Changes

We may update this policy if the App changes materially. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when we do.

7. Contact

For privacy questions about this App, contact the developer using the contact information provided in the App Store listing (if any).
